The Global Theme Park is designed as a world-class destination entertainment platform delivering immersive large-scale themed experiences through advanced ride systems, digital attractions, live entertainment, and next-generation tourism infrastructure.

Key concepts include:

• Ferris Wheel, approximately 160m
• Indoor and outdoor roller coasters
• Indoor and outdoor water parks
• Digital playgrounds
• Hologram experience zones
• Virtual production and movie studio facilities
• Immersive media attractions
• Digital art and interactive experiences
• Live entertainment arenas
• Family entertainment zones

The Global Theme Park is intended to function as the long-term flagship anchor of the GTRH ecosystem, supporting international tourism, destination branding, hospitality demand, and long-duration visitor monetization.

2. Amusement Park (RD&E)

The Amusement Park is designed as a family-oriented recurring attendance platform integrating rides, attractions, experiential entertainment, and multi-generational leisure programs for year-round operation.

The Amusement Park ecosystem may include:

• rides and attractions
• digital entertainment
• e-sports attractions
• smart farm attractions
• food and beverage concepts
• world food experiences
• interactive leisure systems
• family recreation zones
• seasonal events
• recurring family entertainment programming

The purpose of the Amusement Park is to activate early visitation, support repeat attendance, create recurring cashflow, and provide a broader entertainment base for domestic and regional visitors.

3. K-Culture Zone (KCZ)

The K-Culture Zone is a Korea-culture-based global entertainment platform integrating:

• K-Pop Academy
• Concert Arena
• Live Entertainment Arena
• World Culture Valley
• immersive cultural experiences
• fandom participation systems
• content production
• global cultural tourism programs
• performance and event infrastructure

The K-Culture Zone is designed to capture the global rise of Korean entertainment, music, drama, food, fashion, digital content, and fandom-driven tourism.

 

It is expected to become one of GTRH’s most differentiated strategic components by combining entertainment, education, cultural tourism, live performance, and international fan-based experiences.

4. Smart Resort City (SRC)

The Smart Resort City is an integrated hospitality and mixed-use tourism infrastructure ecosystem including:
