Global Themepark Resort Holdings (GTRH) is developing the GTRH Global Mega Themepark Resort City in South Korea as an integrated destination combining entertainment, tourism, hospitality, culture, retail, business, and resort-city experiences.
GTRH plans to develop a diversified hospitality portfolio of approximately 2,000 hotel rooms, including family-oriented resorts, premium hotels, lifestyle accommodations, and destination hospitality facilities designed to serve both domestic and international visitors.
The Hotels & Resorts district will be strategically integrated with the Global Theme Park, Research · Discovery & Entertainment (RD&E), K-Culture Zone, Resort City, convention and entertainment facilities, retail, dining, and other major destination components.
Development is planned in stages through 2031–2035. Final hotel brands, operators, capacity, facilities, development schedules, and operating programs will be determined through detailed master planning, feasibility studies, engineering, financing, strategic partnerships, and required approvals.

GTRH WILL BUILD OUR RESORT CITY ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Location: The resort should be located in a place with beautiful natural surroundings and suitable for leisure activities. Nearby natural attractions such as beaches, mountains, lakes, and hot springs are preferred.
2. Facilities: The resort should be equipped with various facilities and amenities such as rooms, restaurants, swimming pools, spas, gyms, conference rooms, and entertainment facilities.
3. Theme: The resort can have a specific theme, such as a spa resort, golf resort, family resort, or luxury resort.
4. Accessibility: The resort should have good accessibility to transportation, such as proximity to airports, train stations, and bus terminals.
5. Theme Park and Resort City's location will be between 60 to 90 minutes from Seoul Metropolitan City area.
6. Infrastructure: The resort should have stable infrastructure and services, including well-established infrastructure for electricity, water, and communication, as well as clean and efficient management.
7. Market demand: Before building a resort, the market demand in the area should be considered. Tourists' preferences and trends should be analyzed to provide appropriate facilities and services.
8. Environmental friendliness: The resort should consider environmentally friendly design and operation, such as energy efficiency, recycling, and eco-friendly facilities, in order to establish a sustainable resort.
