GTRH has not been designed as a conventional single-asset theme park. Instead, it represents a next-generation, fully integrated, four-season mega resort ecosystem combining a Global Theme Park, Amusement Park, K-Culture Zone, hospitality assets, residential communities, and indoor/outdoor retail and entertainment districts across a secured 3.0 million sqm master site, with an additional 3.0 million sqm expansion capacity. This diversified asset composition creates multiple independent revenue streams operating year-round, materially reducing seasonality risk while providing stable, institutional-grade cash flow visibility
